Overview

So it turns out for normal people getting all the daily recommended fruits and vegetables is pretty important. I am always on the lookout for new products that can help me be healthy, and especially ones that I can take that are vegan and natural.

I am not always a fan of supplements but I started seeing Balance of Nature TV ads on Fox News and it caught my interest. I decided to deep dive into their products and see if their fruit and vegetable vitamin capsules are as good as they claim.

Balance of Nature was created to solve the problem that most people do not get enough fruits and vegetables. It sounded like a product that might be perfect for me.

I’m a natural, tree hugging guy and I hate all of the chemicals companies put in our food. It is literally killing us with cancers and diseases. I was actually diagnosed as pre-diabetic years ago and decided to make some changes. One of those changes is I eat a mostly plant based diet and I consider myself almost vegan, if that is a thing. So hearing of a supplement that is all natural and only 100% produce really intrigued me.

My research and testing has taken me a few months to put together this Balance of Nature review. But here we go…

What Is Balance of Nature?

Balance of Nature is a supplement company based in the USA. (See Where is Balance of Nature located). Balance of Nature makes basically two supplement products. The first is a Fruits and Veggies product with a bottle for each the fruit and the veggies. The other product is a Fiber and Spice dietary fiber supplement.

They also sell both Fruits and Veggies together with Fiber and Spice in what is called the Whole Health System.

The Balance of Nature Whole Health System is made up of three bottles. A bottle of Fruits, Veggies, and Fiber & Spice.

The claim is that these products are whole food produce in a capsule with no fillers, additives, or extracts. Supposedly only natural ingredients. I’m not dumb, marketers are sneaky with the way they explain things and tell half-truths so I wanted to investigate further to find out the whole truth.

The Truth About Balance of Nature

I’ve read conflicting reports on this product. But there really seems to be a lack of hands-on experience with the product as many of the reviews are from review websites that have never tried the product.

This review has taken me months to put together. I had heard the radio ads, visited the Balance of Nature website, and read a bunch of reviews from other websites. I was still torn. The ingredients list seems like something I would vote for. I love natural products. I try to stay away from processed foods. I’m also always hesitant to take supplements because of the unknown chemicals or additives that are in many.

So I bought it. I bought it for you and for me. Hopefully my findings can help you too.

After doing my research on Balance of Nature I bought and tried the products. Because of the health benefits for me I continued to take the products. I am an actual customer of Balance of Nature and this is my honest opinion. I hope this Balance of Nature pros and cons list helps you understand the products and assists in your purchasing decisions.
