Balance of Nature Review

One day I started seeing and hearing ads about Balance of Nature. I had never heard of the company but the description of their supplements intrigued me. An all natural supplement that is 100% fruits and vegetables. At first I thought that seemed too simple, just fruits and vegetbales? Why would someone buy that?

But as I thought about it the idea of getting natural nutrients through a supplement it really started to appeal to me. We as a society are severly lacking in nutrients that come from produce. In fact, most people do not eat enough fruits and vegetables.

For myself, I mostly eat a planet based diet and I consider myself “almost vegan,” if that is a thing. So the idea of fruits and vegetables in a capsule really made sense to me. Could it be this simple? Or is this just another supplement full of hidden extracts and fillers?

Needless to say I started to research Balance of Nature.

Maybe you have heard or seen ads about Balance of Nature and had some questions like me. I decided to try the products. Through my research and experience I’ve put together my Balance of Nature pros and cons.

What Are Balance of Nature Vitamins?

Well, techinically they are not vitamins. Balance of Nature makes some high quality dietary supplements. Their two products are a Fruits & Veggies Supplement and a Fiber & Spice dietary fiber. Their products are made in the USA, which made me very happy.

I purchased the products and tested them myself. I have been taking them since. I was very impressed with the quality of the products. The main downside is the price is a little expensive.

Let’s look at the products…

The Fruits & Veggies

The Fruits & Veggies comes in two bottles, a red bottle for Fruits and a green bottle for Veggies. The fruit and vegetable powders come in capsules. The supplements are real fruit and vegetables. 100% produce. They list zero extracts, no fillers, no additives, no chemicals. That is a big plus for me.

The Fruits capsules contain: Aloe Vera, Apple, Banana, Blueberry, Cherry, Cranberry, Grape, Grapefruit, Lemon, Mango, Orange, Papaya, Pineapple, Raspberry, Strawberry, and Tomato.

The Veggies ingredients are: Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Cayenne Pepper, Celery Stalk, Garlic, Kale, Onion, Shiitake Mushroom, Soy Bean, Spinach, Wheat Grass, Yam, and Zucchini.

No additives, just produce.

The quality of the products is outstanding. I’ve never seen another supplement only include real fruits and vegetables. Knowing the value of fruits and vegetables in our diet and getting the nutrients our bodies need is a huge pro and benefit. The nutrients role in improving your immune system helps make this product even more valuable.

I loved how healthy my body felt when taking Fruits & Veggies.

I really liked the taste of the Fruit pills and not so much the Veggies. I swallowed the Veggie capsules because the taste was pretty strong. I didn’t notice immediate results from taking the Fruits and Veggies but I normally eat pretty healthy already. But as time went on, there were times I could definitely feel an energy boost. The biggest benefit I felt was feeling healthier. I can imagine the benefits for someone who doesn’t eat a lot of fruits and vegetables can be much greater.

Fiber & Spice

The Fiber & Spice product is a powder made of fiber filled natural ingredients that can be mixed into a drink or smoothie. It is used to regulate your bowels, help with constipation and diarrhea, and to provide support and balance for your gut. The digestion benefits are really great, this product worked amazing for me.

Fiber and Spice powder includes: Whole Psyllium Husk, Flax Seed, Whole Apple, Allspice, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Clove, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel Seed, Fenugreek, Ginger, Mustard, Nutmeg, and Turmeric.

The Fiber product was a immediate success for me.

The first day after taking it I immediately noticed how smooth my digestion was and the regulating of my bowels. It worked great and I felt very good. Other times when I had constipation this was my go to answer. It caused my bowel movements to be regular and even stopped diarrhea. The most obvious benefit was smooth, clean, and reduced time it took to have a bowel movement. I would definitely consider using Fiber and Spice as part of a weight loss diet. I was very happy with this product.

Now for the pros and cons…

Balance of Nature Pros and Cons

I am really interested in finding natural products to increase my health and I am tired of chemically altered or injected foods that hurt us. A lot of cancers and other diseases come from unknown synthetic chemical ingredients or prepartion processes with our food.

So naturally I dove head first into researching Balance of Nature. The idea of a nature powered supplement really interested me. Using only fruits and vegetables in a supplement seems kind of boring and not nearly as exciting as other products.

I mean what athlete wants to brag about eating vegetables? But the studies show fruits and vegetables are crucial to body health and will help athletes.

I’ve done a lot of research on Balance of Nature. Their products really intrigued me so I purchased them and have continually taken them. It’s just fruits and vegetables, so why would Balance of Nature be so beneficial?

If you think about it, nature provides all the nutrients we need. I don’t want to take a man-made synthetic product that is potentially harmful.

Based on my experience with Balance of Nature supplements, the results I’ve seen over the past year, and my research I put together a pros and cons list.

The Balance of Nature pros and cons…

Pros

  • All natural ingredients
  • 100% whole food
  • Full of red and green superfood and antioxidants
  • The taste of the Fruits
  • The taste of the Veggies (This is a pro and a con. I didn’t like the strong vegetable flavor, but I believe that strong taste is proof of lots of vegetable ingredients)
  • Fiber & Spice worked amazing for my digestive health
  • Lots of customer testimonials
  • Founded by a doctor that is expert in the field of phytonutrition
  • Made in the USA (Where is Balance of Nature located?)
  • No chemicals, extracts, synthetics or fillers
  • Clean and safe
  • Free health coaching
  • Organic produce (The product doesn’t say its organic but I’ve read they use organically grown produce)
  • Good for everyone including kids and pregnant mothers
  • Great for athletes
  • Helpful in weightloss diets (I lost weight by replacing unhealthy food with Balance of Nature products, plus the fiber really helped keep the food moving through my system)
  • No other fruit and vegetable supplement compares in quality

Cons

  • Customer service unavailable often
  • I had to wait a long time to schedule a meeting with a health coach
  • The taste of the Fiber (when in water it did not taste very good, I had to add it to apple juice)
  • The taste of the Veggies (spicy and not so tasty)
  • Must sign up on a montly subscription for better pricing
  • Cancellation is sometimes a lengthy process
  • Expensive
  • I don’t like swallowing capsules

After doing my research on Balance of Nature I bought and tried the products. Because of the health benefits for me I continued to take the products. I am an actual customer of Balance of Nature and this is my honest opinion.
